I'm just curious about my "luck" :

I posted a graph of 450k hands in which I just broke-even...

Ok, I guess when you're in a really tough break, that you will want to investigate.

But let's say that's not the case, and you're a winning player with only a 6 buyin downswing once in a while. Is it useful then?

What would be the benefit of pokerEV?

[/ QUOTE ]

I just installed this last night and it has a lot of features that I haven't looked through yet, but the graph stuff satisfied my curiosity of whether I was running above or below expectation (ended up almost exactly at expectation over 17k hands). nothing earthshattering but it's interesting and might keep my head on straight if I start running extremely hot

I only had time to play for 30 mins last night, and I ended my session with the dumbest damn hand. I got it AI on the flop with top set. When I lost, I had no idea how. I checked the HH and saw that I had misread my hand, and I only had TPNK (JT instead of JJ). I have never done that before, and it was very frustrating when the $1400 pot was shipped the other way. Does this ever happen to anyone else?
