All porn made in Japan has that mosaic censoring stuff. Its the law there. Different companies use differing amounts of mosaic.

I don't think it's a government law that says you have to 'mosaic out' the naughty bits.

But the large companies continue to use mosaic, but some of the smaller Indies don't blur anything.

From what i've seen, the non-mosaic movies are made very cheaply and have actresses that borderline on fugly.

Yeah its a law. The stuff that is uncensored is underground or they get around the law by filming it outside of Japan and hosting it on websites.

Japans adult industry is probably the biggest in the world and was hit really hard by the internet stuff. Instead of competing by going uncensored and lifting the laws, they countered by banning all foreign adult stuff. Really weird how their porn is censored but they have no problem showing extreme violence in their movies.
