Caron Butler broken hand, out six weeks!!

I hope raps finish 3rd and play the Wiz with h/c advantage. Without Caron I really like our chances to end that series early.

Yeah they showed this on RaptorsTV. I found it interesting that he was so interested in Marcus Williams. If we got him, we wouldn't have traded for TJ and we would still have Charlie. Calderon would have started. I wonder how we would have ended up doing.

Tough loss tonight.. Anyone think Sam should have stuck with Calderon in the last 40 seconds or so? That unit brought them back, TJ has been cold all game, and Sam brings him back to finish out the game.. he misses 2 crucial shots for the Raptors down the stretch, including the final one.. I know this is results oriented, but I would have stuck with Calderon to finish out the game instead of bringing a cold shooter back onto the floor.

That game was big for possible tie-breaker if Raptors/Heat end up with the same record.. Hopefully now the Heat will overtake Washington for good and the Raps hold onto 3rd.. Should be an interesting final 8 games.

I don't mind putting Ford in as a playmaker, but running that last three point shot for him made no sense, also I don't know why we didn't even let Bosh touch the ball on the first possesion. That being said both of TJ's looks were pretty good looks.

The same thing happened during the Washington/Raptors game this week. The Raptors were down and TJ took it upon himself to make the final 3 or 4 plays of the game not giving Bosh a touch. He then fouled out of the game and surprise surprise after the raptors tied it up, Bosh went 4/5 in overtime and completely took over the game. The Raptors ended up winning. This is the reason why TJ is so hated in Toronto.

I haven't seen a player so hated here since Araujo. It's very odd, the Raptors could win the NBA championship and TJ would still get bashed in Toronto.

I'm no fan of TJ, but in all fairness to him I think the blame lies on Mitchell. Calderon plays great ball down the stretch and Mitchell puts in a cold TJ to close. It just doesn't make sense.

Really? I thought a lot of people liked TJ. Sure he's young (and point guards take longer to mature anyways), but he's a good kid and lightning fast.

Also, what's the deal with L. Jackson getting more minutes than MoPete and Joey?

Nope, listen to the FAN590 when they have raptors talk or with Stormin' Norman. It's quite hilarious to see people call in and go off on TJ and Sam Mitchel. This week during the crazy Washington/Raptors postgame while everyone was celebrating, one caller called in and said the only reason why we won the game was because TJ fouled out. I was literally on the floor laughing. LOL.
