I just call the original open. Once he reraises I am playing pretty much for set value. Unfortunately he makes weak enough flop and turn bets that you can call. If he bet 300+ on the flop I fold. If he bets 500+ on the turn I fold.

I take it back...THIS is the most obvious preflop push of all time! Why are you retards suddendly going weak? An overpair is good enough most of the time to never justify a fold....ever!

[/ QUOTE ]

Do you think villian has 99 or tt here often?

[/ QUOTE ]

What you fail to notice, is that people are playing flush draws this way enough to justify this play. Sure, you'll be up against aces once in a while, but that's poker. If you fold every time you win nothing.

What hands worse than JJ is the villian re-rerasing preflop with?

The point of him making weak flop leads is to get money in the pot. The small amount on two streets right away should dictate value bet and the hero basically came right along with what the villan wanted.

Hero should just call the open preflop and play poker.
The problem with calling the small flop bet is what to do facing a "small" turn bet. At this point almost 50% of your stack is in on a very marginal hand where the river is not getting checked beind very often. Calling the flop isn't THAT bad but calling the turn and river is pretty terrible

As the hand played out preflop lead flop, fold isn't bad IMO.
