Doubtless Party will offer bigger games at some point if the market continues to expand but more 10/20 tables are likely in the near future but likely just a few additional tables at a time as they add servers/bandwidth.

[/ QUOTE ]

If servers/bandwidth were the issue, we would see huge waiting lists for the smaller games. That doesn't happen.

I think I might be in trouble if they open up 25/50 or 50/100

If I were you I wouldn't play that high. I could see you dropping six figures in a few hours if things go against you. Same goes for me.

Fill out the new party survey and let your thoughts be known.

it still boggles my mind that inexperienced players would jump into the Party 5/10 or 10/20 game though.

[/ QUOTE ]
To make more money faster- not everyone looks at it from a disciplined bankrolled viewpoint; some people just like to gamble it up, and cry about it in the morning. You need to identify these people and make the necessary changes to your game to exploit them.

Right now however, there is very little market for games above 10/20 (including 10/25 in 10/20) as evidenced by the fact that there is rarely more than 2 or 3 of these fully populated at any one time across all the sites that offer them.

[/ QUOTE ]

Those other sites are not Party though. If Party opened up 20/40 tables, people would play them. I don't know if it is good for their business.. but I don't think there would be any problem getting 4 or 5 full tables going during peak hours.

they want to keep the customers in their rake cycle for as long as possible while maintaining the food chain. if they opened up as many 5/10 tables possible, many small timers will try to gamble it up/ take shot and go broke, which will kill mid stakes games and ultimately will kill the high stakes games.
