Why would the HH even matter? I doubt his 3 accounts met each other in a huge MTT, but it's STILL cheating. The HH neither helps nor hurts him. It'd be a waste of time.

He didn't surrender anything. Fraudulently obtained funds were confiscated and returned to the proper owners. His suffering was self-inflicted. ZJ knows dozens of them and has not ratted out a single one. That's pretty good as far as taking your medicine goes and keeping your mouth shut.
