Moving from 1/2 to 2/4 back to 1/2 how it helps

I agree with the OP. I recently moved to 5/10 full time and my VPIP went down almost 1.5 points. I didn't feel like I tighten up any but apparently I wasn't ready to jump right into 5/10. Now that I have been there for 3 weeks or so my VPIP has gotten back to normal. I think I would have done much better if I had easied into it a little more.
