Sweet fishing in Yellowstone if you're into that, and cool swimming in Firehole river below the hot pots. Glacier = better scenery/hiking/solitude

I live in western MT and there is only one place to visit between the two...........

Glacier Park. and it is not even close.

The park is best experienced outside of your car on a day hike or an overnight trip. The scenery of Glacier Park rivals the Yosemity valley. An awesome day hike is to climb Mt. Siyeh. At the top you can look over the edge of this 4000ft. cliff.

Either way I don't think you can go wrong. I've been to Yellowstone and there is just so much diversity in scenery, landscapes, etc. you will have a blast. I stayed in West Yellowstone and drove into the park each day. It was a great vacation. I hope you have fun. After seeing the above picture, I'm going to Glacier soon. Peace.

if you are going to go in july or august, you will see more cars and people in yellowstone than you will want to. go to glacer and hike, just don't feed the bears
