[ QUOTE ] I don't like the flop c/r...i like the turn. But on the river, i think a bet/fold may be better. I think he is calling more hands than he would bet. Feels close though. [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] |

I really don't like a check raise on a flop with that texture, with your cards. I call a flop bet, hoping for a Q or T. Check/fold anything else that falls on the turn.
After the king falls, you could even make a case for check folding river. I doubt this type of player bets anything, with this scary board, that you still beat. |

Against a CO who steals a lot, i'll 3bet this PF. If your stats are reliable [sample warning], calling is ok. 68 hands aren't enough, but i'll let you run with it this time.
The flop c/r stinks, c/c. (If i'd have 3bet PF i'd likely lead this flop) c/r the turn here - c/c and river check is extremely passive. CO is 3betting on the flop, likely with an A, so only AK-AT sinks ya. And CO should be raising Ax from 5+. |

c/r the turn here - c/c and river check is extremely passive. [/ QUOTE ] I don't understand why we would check raise turn? Worse hands fold, better hands call or 3bet. The only worse hand i could see calling is JT. It is worth it to try and fold out hands with at best 2-5 outs? I doubt you get a better hand to fold often enough. Whats your plan on the river when he calls turn? Lead out? Check/Call? Check/Fold? It seems to get in extra bets when we're behind and lose a bet when we are ahead. |
