I don't see why shoving turn is so bad? we are ahead of TT+ and hes also a 60/13 donk. I think you guys are giving him way too much credit by saying he folds most hands. I just think this hand is simple "we have 2pr against a fish gogoogo"

if flop bet is good then turn bet has to be good since every draw bricked off. not betting this turn is also incinerating money. as played hate life and call the river and look at the nuts

He took really long to check on the flop. I called river expecting to lose 80% of the time. He had JTo. I am not being results oriented just read his timing.
