I've never done this, but this may be worth a shot: Play 100 hands at one table w/out PT. At the end, guestimate the stats of every player at the table. Then go to PT, import the hands, and see how you've done.

try reading Dr Al schoomakers 1st poker book then try and apply it for yourself.
