Poor little guy is scared as hell. He's been hiding for awhile. I set him up a bed and food and a litter box but hes just scared to death. Maybe I'll try to give him some food and see if he warms up to me at all.

I could be wrong about this, but 6 weeks is pretty young for a kitten to leave its mother. Keep the kitten in as small a space as possible, like a closet or a bathroom. If you have a hot water bottle or something like it, wrap it in something soft and put it in there. Also a radio of some sort set to a talk station so it doesn't feel too alone, especially if you're going to be gone. Make sure it's got a nice, small, secure place to hide.

Google a little bit about taking care of such a young kitten, there's a ton of info out there. And post pics of that kitty.

I got him in the bathroom with all that stuff, no radio but TVs gone. The friend who brought it got it from her friend who breeds cats. I'm sure its old enough. Hes just scared. I'll post pics when he chills out.
