I'm guessing that this is one of those plays that are marginal overall. There will probably be some players that agree with it, and others that hate it. Here's my opinion.

PF call is fine. But folding is also good.

The flop raise is also ok, and you are obviously committed to calling after that.

However, the only hands he folds are hands that check the turn a good % of the time. Depending on how stubborn he is with a hand like JJ, you may want to just float the flop and bet the turn.

I think the standard player will give up to a flop call and turn bet with JJ-. But there are some that won't fold to a float. In those cases, raising the flop is better IMO.

because all his random hands that missed often just checkfold and give up

True...which is why calling isn't bad. OTOH your draw isn't exactly disguised which makes me tend to get aggro w/ this. If you're raising this flop w/ sets, I think you need to be raising here some % of the time as well.

i just float lots with crap to disguise my hands

But yeah obv raising flop a % of the time is fine and good for metagame, vs a random who prob sucks tho you don't really need to worry a huge amount about mixing it up - they don't pay attention enough

Preflop is OK if you think this might go 4-way and always goes at least 3-way.

I'd just call the flop. He's firing into 2 other players, which leads me to believe he has TP or better a good % of the time.

the only part of this hand that doesnt really look like a leak to me is calling the shove once you have committed yourself. i much prefer a fold preflop given your position, although postflop is fairly opponent dependent so if villain has a very high cbet% then this might be okay.

Preflop is meh. I nearly always call this on the button, but w/e. Flop is standard vs some, and suicide vs others.

good call pre-flop. your implied odds seem high enough + you have position(steal opportunities).

It looks like the semi-bluff steal backfired on you, as you'd prefer not to push as a 2-1 favorite(overpair or kings).

you're getting greater than 2-1 odds, so you should call, unless you put Villain on a set.
