My suggestion is you get over this problem as soon as you can, I had the exact same problem and I just had to realize that the best way to make money in the long run is fold, seeing what would have been the nuts when you fold a trash hand is a common occurence actually so once you play for awhile you'll just have to get used to it.

A little off of what you asked, but I recommend getting one of those foam little stress ball things. You can throw those things as hard as you want and usually not break anything at all !
