I'd say Tunica, MS would be a really great place to work and live.

Most likely though, you'd be living and working in Memphis, TN, as it's about 40 miles from Tunica.

if 3/5 NL can sustain you, (not a good place for even medium stakes limit).. Lake Tahoe hands down.

Depends on games and limits. I will say that the quality of life in MN is better than just about anywhere in the US (assuming of course that you can tolerate a bit of cold).

Ha, is that like saying if you don't mind a few mosquitos?

Agree with Mr.More --- northern San Diego or Southern Orange County. SoCal is the poker mecca, in my opinion, and you're an easy drive or quick flight to Vegas. Weather is unbeatable... cost of living and traffic are the only gripes I have...

If I could get my wife to move I would load up and move to Tahoe today.

The games at CP are about the best LIMIT games anywhere, but are capped at 30/60.

I Googled Minnesota and casino, and didn't see anything that looks like "CP". Also, can you tell more details? I have a sister in Minneapolis and am wondering if I should visit more often :-)

Having grown up in Toms River, Im a huge fan of the Jersey shore. While the traffic can be nightmarish certain times of the week, its great living 45-50 minutes from AC poker.

Housing costs in the area arent tooo bad, the biggest problem I find is lack of jobs in the area. Unless you are in education, heathcare, a lawyer, or something shore related, or in retail, thats about it. Very few offices, companies are located in the area. But, if you can find work, its a great place to live, and very quiet in the winter.

CP is Canterbury Park. Always a lot of discussion of the games there in the Middle Stakes Limit Holdem forum.
