[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Preflop is incredibly standard. As played call flop. Check turn. [/ QUOTE ] Aren't we pretty much committed if we call the flop (only 790 left)? [/ QUOTE ] i dont think a turn bet does anything for you. it is a wa/wb. let him bet his 88. [/ QUOTE ] So we're thinking he doesn't have the ace enough so we'll call down? |

This totally depends how bad he sucks/how aggressive he is. If he's aggro and real bad, c/c the whole way. It's kind of one of those questions where I'd need to be in the game but there are certain opponents I'd definitely do this against.

I can't ever see folding. I'd probably just call him down regardless.

pre-flop raise should be at least 500... now as played fold.. [/ QUOTE ] If you are going to raise away 1/3 of ur stack you may as well shove. Which I think I would do with like 11 BB's but I don't know if ppl at 114's call with any two broad way or Ax |

Shoving preflop loses a ton of value.
If he has a low aggro factor I'd probably just fold. The board has no draws so unless he's on a pure bluff we are way behind. Vs more aggro opponents I think you need to c/c down. |

Shoving preflop is ok against strong thinking players. Doing it against a bad loose opponent is criminal.
