If you plan to stack off here you need to just open shove the flop and give your opponent a chance to fold, which isn't that likely but definitely more likely if you open jam instead of checking and making him put even more of his stack in the pot at which time he has to call with any 2 overs.

I always call pf and stack off on this flop and feel kind of stupid when they show me AA.
