so its much better to represent a lot of strength and make sure only better hands raise you all in, and then you are committed?

First hand is such an easy shove. 88, 89s, 9Ts, TJ - maybe even 78s and who knows what else. Only behind JQ, TT and 67s.

Second hand is a very easy fold. The only hand that might 3-bet here that you're not killed by is JQ. Most of everything else, you're dead or flipping.

hand 1 - Bet 19 or so on the flop, so connected, someone had to hit it. Obv fist-pump and call shove.

hand 2 - I repop all day against a 35/21 opening on the button, but as played I fold to his shove.
