In my experience that range is way too tight for low limit live poker. In face I consider K9 one of his most likely hands.

Yeah his range is not that tight. I said he was solid, meaning he knows what he is doing and seems very knowledgeable about the game - not that he is a rock. 22-AA AK AQ and most suited connectors are in his range here since he is closing the action with his call preflop. It certainly isn't just AA-1010 and AK.
I don't know about the KQ suggestions, it just seems like this player isn't going to stack a tag with KQ or KJ on a K high flop with a C/R. |

TAGish. I've been at the table for about 2 hours and have barely played any hands due [/ QUOTE ] From villain's perspective, a lot of your range consists of cetting having missed the flop. Plus, you may appear weak-tight to villain. If I were villain holding a set or K9, I'd rather raise to 60 and get your remaining 90 on the turn, or something similar. Shove. |

Why are 66 or 99 not also in that range? [/ QUOTE ] IMO, solid cash players do not usually set mine when they are going to the flop against one other player and the price is 5 more BB's just to see the flop. |
