This was a little bit harder than I thought.

I found myself throughout the exersice trying to determine how they were getting people to genuinely smile. I think they were telling them a joke, and then seconds later saying "ok seriously blah blah" to get the smile to go away. So I started looking for signs of laughter such as movement of the head and/or shoulders and I think this helped me. I missed 3 out of the first 4 and then got 14/16 right once I picked up on this.
