If you are going to bet the flop you should probably bet the turn as well. I would raise the river and call a 3 bet.

He might have a K, but he didn't cap preflop so it might be KQs or KJs (they might not even be suited). If he is a maniac, I would think he would cap these hands as well. He might be as weak as KT, K9 to 3 bet preflop. I can only really speak from live experience so keep that in mind. I wouldn't put him on AK.
