Calling with that hand preflop surely you have to follow through post flop and stick a bet out when he checks, especially as you got as decent a flop as you could expect. Or am I getting too agressive these days.
No reads at all on him, is he a serial check raiser, does he cont bet all the time? |

fold preflop, the stacks arent deep enough for this kind of call. i would bet the flop when he checks assuming that he has king king exactly is pushing it unless you think he put in 1/5 of his stack preflop with 10-10. if hes been check raising alot, check behind and on the turn call the 15 and see if you can hit.

No, he is a rather weak, passive player. Calls way too much - just dumped about 5 BI's. I don't think he is the type to raise there with 77 or even TT. I think his range is {AA,JJ}, maybe AK even though that is probably a stretch considering the player, and I eliminate AA after the flop check. Maybe it's because I see this play so often at the tables but I really think the chances of KK in that scenario is > 50%. I guess I was asking whether it is 60%, 80%, 95%?

Bah I misread the hand anyway thought you called in position.
Seems tight range for probable steaming donkey though, but as lpayed just call and bust him when you hit. |
