Flatcalling is fine here. It's 1/15th of your stack, creates a multiway pot sometimes, since one or both of the blinds will squeeze or come along with a decent frequency.

Makes your decisions easier postflop. Yeah, you're playing for set value, and I don't want to lose SB or BB by putting a third of my stack with the bottom portion of typical Stars racing ranges.

I've never played a $3 rebuy,but I assume that it's pretty loose n fast.I can't see any value in pushing here if your read on UTG is right.You have 0% FE,he's def calling a push,he committed 25% of his stack after all,and unless he's got AK,maybe AQ you are drawing to 2 outs. I would prob fold ,although nothing wrong with a call here,especially if you think there's a chance UTG will not cbet unless he hits/got the overpair
