Black Label Sociology erm I havnt listenend to any other heavy metal bands really since I was about 16 And god would totally be a downtempo fan

also Nile could be the greatest band ever. i went to their show once and it was pure ecstacy towards the end even though i was stone cold sober

I wasnt actually being serious in saying they suck. I respect what they have achieved and done for metal. I just dont like their songs.

Does anyone like/dislike All That Remains? My roomate and I just started listening to them because they had a song on Guitar Hero 2 and they're all I've been listening to for the past month.

Death
Amon Amarth Slayer Immortal Converge (more hardcore I guess, but whatever) Decapitated Morbid Angel etc I used to be pretty big into Opeth, but they're kind of meh for me now. Metallica up until the Black album were [censored] awesome.
