So what type of hands play well in raised pots?

Something like a decent A3xx, is likely no good, if a solid player is raising just in front of you, and there's another tight player limped in early pos. You'ld very much need to see a 2 on the flop.

In a TAG game, presumably BB calling a raise with a decent Hi only hand is sensible? On basis that when it connects with flop the hand is probably good, due to likely low oriented hands out against you, and if it doesn't it's an easy fold.

What about when you are cold calling?
