I thought this was a very interesting book and definitely had some relevance to poker. I think players often have the experience of knowing what someone is up to without being able to (immediately) articulate why. I wrote something about it which can be seen here

I didn't bother to read the book because when I read the description, my first thought was "A regurgitated and watered down version of Zen Buddhism's concept of 'no-mind'." So far I haven't read anything that would change my initial impression.
