Raise.
That $1.25 raise in a $11 pot is disgusting, you're letting them play correctly by drawing to flushes/straights to stack you.
Raise to $9 on the flop.
Then raise to ~2/3rd pot (or shove if pot is big enough) on turn.

As played, raise to ~12 on Turn.
