I did the same thing but on a smaller scale. You have to have balance in your life.

Sounds like me when I... well there are a few instances, not for this forum. You have a big gap in your life that used to be filled with something else. Because you jumped with nothing to fill that gap life seems really empty right now.

Try picking up hobbies you think you would enjoy, reading some really digit head books, say out of the mathematics section of a bookstore or library. Think about seeing life through a different paradigm and see how that feels. Go to a park and listen to the sounds of [hopefully] happy people and feed off of their happiness. Take up gardening maybe...

It will take some time to fill the extra space, for now just enjoy doing nothing.
