I don't really know how it's done elsewhere, but where I'm from (San Francisco) it's quite common for guys to give each other full body massages. Just last week I went to a local massage parlor and I had to specifically ask for a guy to "do me" because I just don't think a woman is a strong enough to really work my back muscles the way I like.
