Has he min-raised before from any position. These stats mean that when he plays a pot, which is often, he always raises?

Yes, but this is only 30 hands.

Initially I thought easy fold, but I don't think mcst ever makes that raise with AA/KK and I think utg is raising a wide enough range that I'm not worried about a monster from him either. I'm willing to flip with all that money in the pot.
