I have said way worse stuff on pokerstars and full tilt about a thousand times (not exaggerating). Never reported.

Only time I got in trouble was when I told the table that this [censored] to my left had a flush draw when he obviously did. Got banned for 2 weeks.

I got a chat warning from them a while back. I replied back asking why it was such a big deal since all the naughty words were already censored, and asked what they would do if I faked profanity by typing asterisks.

They replied back a few hours later saying they would revoke chat even if you faked the profanity by typing asterisks.
