[ QUOTE ]
Hey, the past 2 months I bought in 100 onto bodog and turned it into 1100 at 100 buy in tables with the blinds being .5/1.

[/ QUOTE ]

Your first problem is that you clearly have no conception whatsoever of bankroll management. You bought in for $100 and played a $100 table with your entire bankroll? Are you insane? Do you not realize that one bad all-in would have taken all your money on the site? Not that it's that much cash or anything, but the fact that you were willing to risk your entire deposit on one table shows that you have no idea what you're doing.

[ QUOTE ]

I tried moving up levels and ended up losing all 1100 on 2 hands depiste being ahead in both.

[/ QUOTE ]

You talk about this as though it's somehow a surprise that you lost all your money on two hands when you moved up in limits with only $1100 in the bank. Newsflash: it is not an accident that you lost all your money at those higher limits, it is 100% inevitable. If you play with a bankroll that is too small, no matter how good you are, you absolutely 100% no-doubt WILL lose all your money when good old variance kicks in. Just cause you had a good/lucky streak to turn that initial $100 in to $1100 doesn't mean that you know what you're doing. In fact, your money management skills are screaming out the exact opposite.

[ QUOTE ]

I bought in another 300 to try and get back at it a few days later but just lost all of that despite playing well.

[/ QUOTE ]

No, you didn't "lose it all despite playing well", you played at limits that were too high for the amount of money you had deposited. That's not "playing well", that's playing stupid, because the #1 rule of poker before you are even dealt your first card is to know what your bankroll is and to take variance into account so that you know that your account won't get wiped out by one bad run of luck, which happens at some point to everybody.

[ QUOTE ]

As of right now I am shattered, I desperatly want to buy b ack on. I cant stop thinking about it or obsessing over it. I just want to not want to play anymore. Does anyone know anyway to quit or to atleast slow down or whatever. Please help me.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes. Stop playing poker, and stop all gambling for that matter. You are NOT a good player, you are a compulsive gambler who has delusions that he is good. Every compulsive gambler thinks that they are a lot better than they are, even when their results and reality don't support that conclusion. If you don't have the self control to play within your bankroll (which you have demonstrated from the beginning that you do not), and if you feel the compulsive urge to play, then you are headed for a one-way trip to disaster. Understand one thing: there is absolutely NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER that you will make any money playing poker the way that you are going. Your chances of being successful with your obvious lack of self-control are precisely ZERO (AND I MEAN **** ZERO ****) PERCENT. Once that enters your head and you let go of this silly idea that you actually know what you are doing and somehow just had some "bad luck", you will be on the road to recovery. If you can't deposit $100 and play ONLY at $10 max buy-in tables without the "urge" to move up in limits too quickly, then you have no chance at all of being a successful poker player. If you can't control yourself and exercise patience with your own bankroll, how in the world are you going to be able to handle the patience of playing properly and the self-control of not going on tilt when the cards run against you?

Sorry for being so harsh, but you desperately need a dose of reality here.... your bank account will thank me.

Bankroll management is key with this game... (You can't loose your entire BR on 2 hands)

Buy back in and start grinding at the lower limits again. You should have 20bi's at the level that you are playing.
