You have position with a good hand to play multiway and if you get it HU it's very nice. People seem to think its close between calling and raising here but i can say rather confidently I have never called in this spot(leak?). That flop= $ raise it up.

IMO, this hand isn't about villain's fold equity. This hand is about hero's equity preflop + flop.
