That really depends on the opponent which is why it is always important to have a read on them.

They could be cold calling here with the nut flush draw, a straight draw or any flush draw really wouldn't suprize me. But Cold Calling is actually a very strong play so the BB is really IMO a little more of a concern than the other player. BB is the guy with the 4 or pocket 5s more often than not. The person that reraised will likely have an overpair to the board or AK AQ and can't let go this is why it is important to have a read on your opponent.
