Hi TT:
Ray negleced to state that he only gets his fair share royalty for any books that we sell. As for your "pennies" statement concerning his share, it's not appropriate for me to comment one way or another. Best wishes, Mason |

If signed copies of a book go for 200,000 on Ebay, imagine how much we could make by selling copies of books with binding errors that have his signature forged! Partners? Thats a lot of pennies! |

Does the book have a printing date? I recently went on a tour of 2+2's printers. This problem used to occur because there was some manual labor involved in a particular part of the binding process. But, now that process has what should be extremely reliable automated proofing. So, this shouldn't be happening with any newly printed books. [/ QUOTE ] This explanation makes sense to me because the first copy I bought of Inside the Poker Mind had the same problem: I don't remember exactly which pages, but the same thing of a long repeated section. Of course, I quickly noticed this and exchanged the book. Seems I should have kept it...I don't know the exact date I bought the flawed copy, but it was late 2003/early 2004. Not to diminish Onaflag's feeling special, but just to let him know that he is not alone. |
