While not really a cheesy movie (I actually like it) the fight between Richard Gere and Louis Gosset Jr in An Officer and a Gentleman is pretty good... Youtube

Fun, but 1977.

Plus, 1 minute of Vulture grappling does not equal the 5 minute plus (!) fist fight in "They Live."
