I'm trying to clear a bonus there at the moment and taking absolutely ages because they don't credit you with playing the hand unless you "see the flop" - i.e. see 4th street onwards. Got a feeling they use the same system for calculating rakeback too, and don't intend to stick around there too long once the bonus is finally done.

I suppose they have tens of thousands of players, a couple of hundreds of them stud players. It would most probably profit Absolute more than a single player to revoke the unfair ante-rule (and to keep the existing tens of thousands players: go back to the old dealt-system).
