edit: this is fluffpo62, sorry.
i was at a party and i had a very full cup of beer, and this tall guy [accidentally?] elbowed me and made it spill on the front of my shirt, and a little got on his sandal. he said, you spilled on my sandal, and i said, look at my shirt! he said you should watch where you're going. so, i took the rest of my beer and "accidentally" poured it down his front.

then i ran away.

You should be factoring in the cost of hospital bills when someone knocks your teeth out for being a douche bag.

Yeah $50 proved to be the magic number in this case and it was totally unprovoked. Friend #1 did not care for having a beer thrown in her face but friend #2 thought it was hilarious beyond belief. I think I'll buy her a nice bottle of booze as an apology/compensation. In retrospect I'm pretty surprised that I didn't get kneed in the balls.

Ten grand.

If the idiot agrees to pay, I drop him as a friend. If he's good for the debt, I ask the victim if he/she wil take a chance on making five gees for getting a beer thrown in their face.

Why not throw the beer in the face of the friend making the offer? What an idiot.

I would expect to
A) Lose the friend I threw the beer at.
B) Possibly, and deservedly, get my ass kicked by the person.
