I personally like the play, particularly if you think the PFR will C-bet this most of the time.
Not sure what we are afraid of here. If we are seeing mosters and aren't willing to felt this over a C-bet and a cold call (which may well be a draw or pair+draw), then I am not sure what to say. |

So what was the question exactly ? Does a c/r is better than leading/3betting ? Obviously if you think someone will bet the flop nearly allways, I say yes, you are trapping more money while cutting the odds for nearly anykind of drawing hand (and allowing them to make a bigger mistake calling). OTOH if you think that most of the time vilain will raise if you lead I still prefer a b/3bAI. That's quite read dependant.
