There Poker Pros.. Bats.. your right... there 100+10s i mistyped.. but now they got a new game running... 2/4 Limit on the poker pros.. the 50s are on the other table.. the 2/4 limit kinda seems to be a success.. ed and glenn i dunno they seem to try and be doing the right thing.. but 5 min blinds are a crap shoooot.. also the G town daily tournys are to heavily favored for the winners.. in a 50.00 multi 3rd out of 100 only gets 350.. its sooo hard to find good tournies around here!

I got 3rd in the $50 with 100 people and got 500...1st was 2K, 2nd was 1K.

Blinds were 40K/80K and there was only 300K total in play when I finished 3rd. Worst structure I've ever played.

Would you let Glenn know for me that he's pretty bad at running a poker room?

They're all pretty bad over there, which is part of the reason I haven't been there in a year. Don't you like that trick where they let the phone ring for 2 full minutes, then pick it up and hang up? A friend of mine who only played poker once in a casino (IP) went last weekend and he said he'd never go back there. He couldn't believe how rude the staff was. It's interesting that nothing has changed since they've been open.

Pokertek is the name of a corporation that sells the pokerpro brand. (www.pokertek.com)
Their main competition thus far is Lightning Poker.(www.lightningpoker.net)

There is a growing swarm of other companies that would like to get into this market, but Pokertek and Lightning Poker are the only two with a GLI-certified table, which is necessary for regulatory compliance in the vast majority of US jurisdictions, and implies a level of a integrity in their functionality.
