Also, the Better Business Bureau has them rated with a 'F'. The lowest there is. Sure, many people have had no problems but the ones that have had problems have had trouble getting their problems worked out, if at all.

This is worst experience ever with online merchant/proccessor.
Deposited $600 last month and subsequently tried to deposit on Full Tilt. Entered wrong code and password and got blocked. Called customer service who said accout was blocked due to a security measure. LOng story short..they wont refund or unblock account unless i give them Copy of front and back of Drivers license and front and back of bank card, and bank statements.
I told customer service I am uncomfortable with this and faxed them only a copy of my license. Right now its been a month and they are not responding to my e-mails anymore. Worst customer service ever.
