They are really screwed up- the shuffler is on the wrong side (and lengthwise),

[/ QUOTE ]

I've actually seen them placed there at other rooms so it might just depend on preference of the room. I'm curious as to the electronics they said they were putting in where they can push a button and call for an open seat, service or chips. Supposed to have an electric/computer board for games too like the ones in Vegas.

Notice the big plasma screen over what will be the new floor desk.

It is chilly as hell in the new section (less people + near doorway).

[/ QUOTE ]

Ever sit on table 7? Right in the middle of the old room? Coldest table in the house. Especially seat 6. We call it the old meatlocker of Mucks. Notice most regulars wear heavy clothes on that table. They really should do something about the temp-control overall in there.

[/ QUOTE ]

While 7 does get a might chilly, with 6 and 3 you get the benefit of the 'off-casino' breeze as well as first shot at the smoke bank that rolls in.

Service is spotty there too, but seems to be getting better.

Depends who's on shift, but yeah, it can suck.

As long as I make sure Darla knows where I am, I get taken care of

I have no idea where they got the other ones; Darla's the only one who seems to know one end of a drink order from the other.

...and I wish they'd drop the price on water. Meh.

I can't picture which one is Darla (although I think I only know one of the cocktailers by name anyway). I usually order club soda to avoid having to pay $1.50 for a bottle of water. I have seen folks order ice water as well.

did the Muck hire any decent looking waitresses in their poker room? Nothing against the current lineup, but a looker here and there makes it nice..

Tall, thin and really young-looking? If so, I know who you are
