Am I the only one who thinks 55 is one of villains least likely hands? I call this so fast that I put a hole through the mouse clicking call [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] I keed I keed. It is a tough decision, but I think you are comfortably ahead of his range here.

Easy call for me.
The times you see 55 or AQ here are easily behind the times you see A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] X [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], AA, KK, JJ and even TT. I personally would expect to see villain flip over QJ or QT as the most likely holdings given how the hand has played. It is also of course possible that you are splitting this pot. |

Well, it's nice to know that everyone agreed to call, since that's what I did.
Villain turned over 55. It reminds me of a comment TWP made a while ago that he like open-pushing with a hand like this since he was almost guaranteed to stack anyone with a Q. On the plus side, my sucking-out skills continue to improve. The turn brought the K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I scooped the pot [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] |
