Default Re: downswing

I've been playing in a local club where the consistency and ridiculousness of the losses, combined with the lack of any semblance of balance in winning, has led me to seriously wonder if I'm being cheated. I've played in numerous clubs and have never been so cold decked as I am there. The fact that those associated with the place always seem to catch well doesn't help.

But then I remember these things. Variance can be cruel and unusual punishment. When you continually lose in a certain place, level or game, it's because you're either running bad, playing bad or, most likely, both.

So when that happens, and I feel like the world is against me and wonder what it's like to win, I don't go back there. I go back to a place where I consistently win. It works. Find another game, or site, or whatever. If you have no other options, don't play.

Dude after u lose 10% of ur bankroll thats when its time to step down in limits and just chill out. letting urself lose more than 10 is just asking to go broke.
