Plenty of them bet 1/4 pot turn.

This is one of those hands where I think you damage your long-term winrate by overthinking things. KK is a strong hand, and villain could be doing this with lots of stuff. Or be bluffing, or who knows--people do all kinds of crazy stuff at SSNL. I think you just have to grit your teeth and call, and pay him off (a little) if he's slowplaying, b/c the alternative is folding premium hands like KK to measly little 1/3 or 1/4 or 1/7 pot bets.
