Drastic adjustments between stars and party sngs?

I also come from partys 55 and 77, and after 800 tourneys I think I have ajusted to the structure pretty well. What is hurting my ROI is the number of 3rd places and 2nd, they are bigger than 1st, specially 3rd witch is the most frequent for me. I dont know, but I think it is because I push to much in ITM, and people on stars are calling with cards down to K2o and Q6o, on party this didnt use to happen. Are any of you also facing this problem on Stars ? Because that is really hurting my ROi witch is still two figures but could be much better judging by ITM.

If they are calling wide itm don't push as much

also remember that a higher ITM with an equal ROI is expected with 9 player vs 10 player tourneys due to fewer opponents and smaller prize pool
