I don't and it's probably pretty bad. I'd say folding > raising.

We invest more in a multiway hand in which there is a large probability of a slowplay, and a lot of turn cards can kill our hand, and we lose the ability to rep an 8 on the turn with a free showdown raise ( I wouldn't consider it in this hand, but I might if flop bettor was tight and weak).

I don't like raising preflop either. I sometimes don't even raise QJs in this spot because I think I play hands with no showdown value poorly postflop after a pre flop raise ( It's probably my poor play and not inherently bad though).
