Their software isn't as bad as everyone puts it out to be. Although it does need improvement I think they have done an amazing job up to this point.

No direct word from Neteller right now.

The software needs to be improved and we will keep improving it. Presently most features are on the back burner until we put an end to the disconnects. I hope to announce a network upgrade next week that I think will go a long way with the connectivity.

Once we tackle the connectivity issue you will see improvements every month until there is nothing missing.

Our traffic has been flat for the past few weeks and I blame the connectivity. I realize our 24 hour peak numbers on Scout have showed a decrease but the amount we have paid out in rakeback has remained constant.

Sign ups have been very strong the past few days. Just waiting for everyone to take a seat.

I'm also curious on how long you plan to be rake-free. I'm sure this has been asked millions of times before. Personally I wouldn't mind paying a little rake for advertising to attract fishies. You know the whole ".net" advertising.

I'm starting to feel real confident about WSEX. You guys acknowledge the important problems and prioritze fixing them. I also like your stance on not allowing for data mining and HUDs, to say nothing about the way you've acted in this whole gambling bill debacle.

As a rake free site you are the most ideal site on the internet for heads up play. But it's impossible to do because many people chase 3 handed games. Can you add some HU tables?
