i think what the OP is trying to say is that ZJ easily could have skirted the issue, as Party took all of his money. if he is as big of a snake as many of you think, he clearly would have done that. but he didn't. hmmmmmmmmmm.

This is a positive thing for ZJ, especially when some of us have dealt with people like ReduceTheRake, and I remember hearing something about it back when he was originally banned from Party. Still doesn't fix what he did though.

I agree, he isn' the bad guy so many paint him out to be, what he was doing was commonly known as a loophole amung those who played tournaments online as often as he did. His real error is that he sucks at public relations spin, his biggest mistake was talking before he was advised. My hats off to him for paying his customers, its the right thing to do.
