How much long-term EV would you be giving up if you never checkraised at NL100 and below?

Tell us your background, how you started ? Where you started playing ? How you progressed etc.

How many hands can profitably be played by a good player ? I have recently decided to switch to playing a lot more hands. I don't have PT, but Stars stats show that I am playing approx. 40% of hands. I know that's bad, but I want to understand what does it take to play so many hands profitably ? I feel that one can keep increasing the number of hands as the skill increases of course depending on the table conditions.

Raising from EP: I play button very well, but I let go a lot of hands like 22, 67s from EP. How can I improve my play ? What hands should I include and what are the pitfalls of opening up ?

Thanks very much for doing this

Age, post a picture of yourself, location.

Last three songs you've listened to.

*sigh* Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, or none of the aforementioned?

What kind of playing style do you feel is optimal for playing at SSNL, LAG or TAG, or do you play a more fluid style depending on table.

And most important of all do you like warm beer?

What hands give you the most trouble OOP? In position?

What's the first "aha!" moment you can recall in poker?

The most recent?

Any others?

Kit, which of the following statements is more likely:
1) Your priorities suck!
2) You are attempting to kill yourself of boredom

How about nl 25 to nl 100?

Do you play sites other than party?

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't think there really is that great a difference between NL25 and NL100. Or maybe there is, but I think anyone who is a winning player at NL25 can become a winning player at NL100 quite easily.

I play on Full Tilt due to the Monster.

Bigest swing?
Whats the highest stakes do you think you can beat online now?

[/ QUOTE ]

Biggest swing? Well my biggest downswing has been 7 buy-ins at NL100. Biggest swing in one day was winning 5.5 buy-ins (also at NL100).

I'm pretty confident I could beat 2/4, probably 3/6.
